Who governs, and how.
A hundred and ninety-seven capitals, ninety-four systems of government, and the machinery behind them.
The portraits come from Wikimedia Commons, and only where the licence is public domain or CC0 — nothing that says fair use, nothing that asks for terms this site cannot honour. Each one names its photographer and its source file once the round is answered.
Capitals come from Natural Earth, which is public domain. How each country is governed is written out by hand, because no tidy dataset of it exists — and where a country's arrangement is unusual, the game says so after the round.
